I do not take insurance, but can provide a superbill, which requires a diagnosis, for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
All major credit cards are accepted.
I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay a $70 cancellation fee (with the exception of emergencies).
I do offer telehealth sessions for Colorado residents.
I typically work Monday through Thursday from 9am-6pm.
